The best single source is your patient portal's "Download Health Record" — one file with your labs, medications, and diagnoses. You can also upload PDFs from LabCorp, Quest, or your hospital. You can upload data from wearable devices like Apple Watch, Samsung Health, or Fitbit, as well as results from at-home testing kits — blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, pulse oximeters, and more. Orkie evaluates this data against the same peer-reviewed clinical guidelines used for your medical records, so it becomes part of your complete picture.

No. Your medical records are processed and then immediately deleted. Your report is available for download for 7 days, then it's deleted too. You never create an account, and we never collect your name or email. PayPal handles payment directly.

No. You pay through PayPal and receive a one-time access code. No account, no password, no personal information stored. Your code is valid for 90 days.

A single report is $20 — one report, one download. We also offer a monthly plan at $40/month which includes up to 12 reports, ideal for ongoing monitoring or sharing with family members. Cancel anytime.

Your report is available for download for 7 days after generation. After that, it is permanently deleted from our servers per our privacy policy. Lost your download link? Use "Find My Report" with your access code and PayPal receipt number to recover it within the 7-day window.

If your report could not be generated due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Single-use access codes and subscriptions that have not been used at all within 90 days of purchase are also eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed through PayPal within 3–5 business days.
