Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
🔖 Single-Use Report Credit
✓ Your report could not be generated due to a technical issue on our end
✓ Your report credit has not been used and is within the 90-day validity period
📋 Subscription
✓ Your report could not be generated due to a technical issue on our end
✓ No reports have been used and the subscription is within the 90-day validity period
✓ The subscription has not been used at all and is less than 90 days since purchase
✓ Your file upload failed and you were unable to submit records for analysis
✓ The system detected an error in your uploaded files and failed to produce a report
Not eligible for refund:
Reports that have already been successfully generated and issued cannot be refunded. Report Credits or subscriptions that have passed the 90-day validity period are expired and not eligible. Subscriptions where one or more reports have already been generated are not eligible for a refund.

Eligible refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear within 3–5 business days.
