Where: LabCorp.com, QuestDiagnostics.com, hospital portal
💡 Look for "Download Results" or "Export". Select all available dates.
Medication List
Format: PDF
Where: Patient portal (Epic, Cerner, Kaiser), pharmacy app
💡 Check "Medications" or "Health Summary" for an export option.
Imaging Reports
Format: PDF (text report, not images)
Where: Radiology portal, hospital patient portal
💡 You need the radiologist's written interpretation, not the scan images.
Discharge Summaries

Where: Hospital portal, medical records dept
