Many at-home devices let you export your data as a CSV file. If your device has a companion app, look for an "Export" or "Download Data" option.

Supported devices include: Omron blood pressure monitors, Withings/Nokia scales and BP monitors, iHealth devices, ReliOn glucose meters, Dexcom/FreeStyle Libre CGMs, Nonin/Masimo pulse oximeters, and any device that exports CSV data.

CSV format: Orkie auto-detects most CSV formats. For best results, include columns for date/time, measurement type, and value. Example:

Date,Type,Value,Unit
2026-06-20,blood_pressure_systolic,128,mmHg
2026-06-20,blood_pressure_diastolic,82,mmHg
2026-06-20,heart_rate,72,bpm
2026-06-20,blood_glucose,105,mg/dL
2026-06-20,spo2,97,%
2026-06-20,weight,185,lb
💡 Don't have a CSV? You can create one in Excel, Google Sheets, or even a text editor. Just save as .csv and upload it with your other records.
